New day New Week New Desk???

Hi all....

This week people in this office are moving around trying to find a desk to "reside" until the next position reshuffeling... People from this office have to move next door and people from next door to this room... People from downstairs have to come up and people from up here have to go downstairs... Chaos happened, some people were in the know, some people were clueless and most of them were inddiferent.. ha ha ha... If it is just about who sitting where, not many people are interested about the "predicament"....

Hmm... came in a new collegue, the office's equilibrium changes again... Just what kind of environment will this person create for us... I really hope we can collaborate well with us.

I've seen so many antics my collegues have, I learned to tolerate to the "nastiness" of most of them... he he he... It is quite hard, but, alhamdulillah, with 30 years of making, keeping and loosing friends, I mingle well with them... This is very IMPORTANT if I want to work in peace here... HARUSSSSS.... he he he...

This is only the beginning of the new semester... The worst is soon to come... Because, the ill are holding important posts... I don't mean the mentally ill, but the physically not healthy personnel... He he he... There are mentally and emotionally ill people as well, indeed, I need to deal with them as well... ha ha ha... But, insya Allah, I hope we can handle it... I wish to me, Happy New Semester! Happy New Bosses! Happy New Students! and most of all, HAPPY NEW ANTICS!!! he he he..

I made a Boo boo...

Hi all....

I was on medical leave on Friday... I was so sick I can't even drive myself to the clinic. I get like this once in every two months... Fatigue as they call it...

The boo boo that I made was, I was suppose to attend a meeting on Friday which apparently can't go on without me.. and that night I was suppose to go KLIA to welcome a group of staffs from Kota Kinabalu... I totally forgot about it.. and I forgot to tell my friend about my disease... I'm sorry... So Sorry... :-(

SSshhhhhh... people are trying to listen...

Hi all...

Today, a bunch of friends and I were ordered to attend a seminar downtown. Well, we went there, 5 of us in a car, and one of my friend rode his/her's... As soon we arrive there, we registered, picked up our door gifts and went for breakfast...

As we were eating, one of my colleague was crying while eating his/her meal... I was so concerned and asked what was up? He/she shook his/her head and continued eating slowly. He/she didn't want to talk about it yet.. Ok... We left him/her alone with his/her thoughts...

After eating, we went in for the seminar. But, while the third facilitator delivers his talk, he/she came up to me and start explaining to me about the episode earlier... OMG, everybody else were so quiet and made his/her voice so out there... and I'm sitting beside him/her... What am l to do? People were staring, gawking and giving hints to be quiet...but he/she kept on talking...waaaaa.... can you imagine? I didn't want to be rude to him/her... but I still want to listen to the facilitator's nuts story... and people were gawking... hu hu hu... What an inappropriate time to talk about his/her feelings right???... People can hear his/her EVERY WORD!!!... Alhamdulillah.. My other friend and I consoled and cooled him/her down and he/she left early to run some errands... Pheeewww....

I just hope, the next time he/she chooses to talk about stuff, he/she would be aware of the ENVIRONMENT... wa ka kak a... Sometimes, people just want to let it out right then and there... How would you deal about it??

Black Magic??? Evil Spell??

Hi all.. another day comes.. reminds me about when I worked at my old place... People were so friendly.. they even invite you to their homes without hesitation... No prejudice... in the surface of course...

The truth is, they despise "our people". They say that "our people" come to a place and suck all the luxuries out of their place and leave them as helpers and workers and not the lord of the land... Lord of the Flies??? he he he...

By the way, I went there as their leaders due to my status as a senior officer in this service. I tried to mould them, be all that they can be in this line of profession. They have to endure all sorts of things including dealing with customers... various kinds of customers... many attitude... many antics..

But to them, "our people" are smothering and taking over and stealing their thunder... Thus, some of them sent me some evil spell... I fell sick and I had to stay home most of the time... Yeah... yeah... who believes in black magic nowadays right? This day in age?... But... the more you disbelieve, the easier they "mandrem" you... ha ha...

I worked in this industry for ten years.... and for eight years I have been fighting this "disease"... They envy me, they hate me, they even want me dead... Alhamdulillah I'm still here... Just remember, even though we can't see them, believe me, they exist amongst us... Believe in unseen, believe in Allah... Because Allah all the things destined to happend happends..

Hi all... Comes another Monday at work...

People got together gossipping about last week's andeavour... I got in from a week's paid vacation.. ha ha ha.. mistake on the other part, called me to a meeting I can't a part of.. haha.. so I stayed over in KL with meals and hotel room paid by the organizers.. cool... apart of the spliting headache or migrain I had last Wednesday that is..

I walked into the office today, people greated me as if they haven't seen me in ages.. he he.. Loved it... people tend to ignore me at the old place... hah.. let's just forget about the past.. they were the ones with the envy problems, not me... so...

I told a good friend of mine about the whole episode I had with the guy/gal last week.. and she said... just ignore him/her... he/she just want to annoy you.. well he/she did...

This guy/gal called me his/her best friend... Is it because he/she always go Dutch everytime it comes to pay for meals, which, he/she invite me to... P_ _ _ I_ T_ _ A _ _ right?... He/She always say, he/she doesn't have any money... his/her spouse holds his/her ATM card and he/she can't withdraw any money from the bank???? Can't even afford a RM5 meal? HEllllooooo... Do I look like a philanthropist... did I spell this right?? ha ha ha... I'm broke too you know!!!.. And he/she booked a MERCEDEZ... OMG... Maybe he/she had a bunch of people pay for his/her meals that he/she made enough to do so.... ha ha ha... !!!

Whiny... whiner...

"I miss my friend.. You have been too busy that we hardly spend time together lately"... So sweet isn't it?... A friend longing for another friend's attention... So sweet... Why did this other friend ignore this other friend you ask? Let me tell you...

He/she sent me this text message at 1.39 am and I can't get back to sleep until it's 6.30am... Professional? I don't think so! Appropriate? Hardly!... For me this is just an act of a desperate person, aching for attention. He/she is just an office mate, a colleague... why the message in the morning? He/she must be demented...

I have friends too... I have colleagues as well... but I don't go around text messaging them in the middle of the night.. It is higly inappropriate! People are sleeping at that hour!!!! Didn't he/she get it???? You can whine about work... but it has to at the right possible time and appropriate place... I hate it when people wake me up in the middle of the night and whiiiiinnnnneeeeee..... UUUuuuuurrrgggghhhhhh!!!!!!...

He/she is not even my special someone!!! People make exceptions for their special ones right... but we're just colleagues... Laahaulawala... OMG... Get over it already...

Hi all...
I think that I am obliged to explain to you more about multi-level marketing. As you all know... it is always in the shape of a pyramid... always a pyramid... not a cube.. not a cylinder.. not a hexagon.. The top management will always get the most income. Hmmmm... Think about it...
Lets look at it this way...
Manufacturers, manufacture products needed or not by consumers... How do you think they supply this goods to the end consumers? They have distributors and suppliers right? How much profit margin do they gain? And... how much does consumers has to pay for the goods in order to cover all the profit margins for the suppliers? Distributors? Manufacturers?
Lets say... a body powder manufacturer sells bottled body powder for RM12 per box. There is a dozen bottles of body powder in the box. A distributor buys 12 boxes for RM144+ lorry fuel+workers wages... How much will the distributor sell the body powder per box to a supplier? He/she might increase the price per box in order to cover the cost incurred during the time of transporting the product to the supplier. Then, the supplier transport and distribute the body powder to retailers and this time they increase the price a bit more to cover the cost of the process; same thing the distributor does... So, consumer won't be supprised when buying a bottle of body powder straight from the manufacturer for the price of RM1 per bottle, whilst from a retail store for the price of maybe RM5 per bottle. It is expected right?
So, lets get back to MLM. What does all these has to do with MLM right? Let me explain... Remember when I say that MLM is a pyramid?

• Guess who is on the tip of the pyramid? Good ;o) the manufacturer ;o)
  


• Whose working so hard at the bottom of the pyramid? Good... the retailers, which is also known as the marketers... Is it easy to market? No right? You have to work hard!!!
  


• Who is sitting comfortably below the manufacturer? Yes.. the distributors..
  


• Below them?... yes.. the suppliers... Ever heard "regional distributors"? Hmmmm... makes you ponder right?
  

I'm not saying it is a bad thing... MLM is proven as a method that helped a lot of people to get income... Hard to deny right? Imagine and think... If the company is established in 1980, how long has it been around? And... if you join the company, will you be on the tip of the pyramid? the middle section of the pyramid? or.... the bottom of the pyramid???? CNI, Hi-O, Avon, etc were established in the 80s... If you join recently... I mean within this 5 years period... where are you actually??? Think please...
If the MLM company is established in 2007... is there any chance for you to be on the top half of the pyramid? There's a chance right? Think about it...
